The splash pad has been turned on for the season. Thanks to the fundraising efforts and the dedication of a knowledgeable volunteer, Steve Johnson, the fountain again operates as it was originally intended. To activate the short cycle, simply place a hand on the center of the orange flower on the edge of the splash pad.

In order to keep the fountain in working order, it is very important for parents to encourage everyone to keep the sand in the sand box, and to keep the two drains on the splash pad free of debris. Sand in the fountain heads and flooding water around the fountain controls will undo all the repairs that we worked so hard to make.
